Abstract:

An inverter GMAW-P welding system is designed in which the microchip is adopted as the central controller through studying the GMAW-P welding process.The structure and working principle of the system and the makeup of the control circuit are discussed in detail.The method of improving the control precision and the system software are also introduced.The result shows that the system has simple structure and many adjustable parameters‚which can control the GMAW-P welding process precisely.
