Decision-Making Model and Algorithm for the Equipment Maintenance Strategy Under the Centralized Management in Business Park Areas

Abstract: It is difficult for business park area owners who manage multiple facilities centrally to coordinate with employed maintenance organizations to make maintenance decisions optimal for the entire business park area. This study,based on the results of previous studies,refines the problem of decision-making of equipment maintenance strategies under the centralized management as a knapsack problem and establishes the mathematical model. Then,an algorithm is selected and necessary improvement is made on the algorithm for solving the problem. A case with actual background validates the model and the algorithm. The results show that business park areas under the cen-tralized management can use the solution to make better equipment maintenance decisions than empirical methods scientifically and quantitively to avoid the most failure loss.
