Effects of Locations of Biological Filter Added to Conventional Process on Water Supply

摘要: 文中通过工程案例与中试,对前置高速给水曝气生物滤池( HUBAF) 、中置升流式曝气生物活性炭滤池( UBACF) 、后置降流式生物活性炭滤池( DBACF) 3 种在自来水常规处理流程的不同位置加入给水生物滤池的工艺进行了对比分析. 结果表明: HUBAF、UBACF 和DBACF 均有效地提高了有机物的去除效率; DBACF 氨氮去除量一般不超过1.5mg /L,在亚热带地区存在出水微型生物泄漏问题; HUBAF 氨氮去除率高,但运行管理受到原水高浊度以及水生生物的不利影响; UBACF 则兼具了HUBAF 与DBACF 池的净水优势,更适合新建水厂选用.

Abstract:

In this investigation,engineering cases and pilot-scale experiments were used to compare three kinds of processes with different locations of biological filters added to the conventional water supply process,namely,prepositioned biological filter ( HUBAF) ,mid-positioned biological filter ( UBACF) and post-positioned down-flow biological activated carbon filter ( DBACF) . The results show that ( 1) the three biological treatment processes all effectively improve the removal efficiency of organic matters; ( 2) DBACF generally removes NH3-N with an efficiency of not more than 1.5 mg /L,but microorganism leak may occur in subtropical areas; ( 3) HUBAF is of a higher NH3-N removal efficiency,but it has to suffer from the impacts of high turbidity,shellfish and algae in the raw water;and ( 4) UBACF possesses the advantages of both HUBAF and DBACF,so it is more suitable for new waterworks.
