烧结不锈钢丝网多孔板材的结构表征及冲击性能

Structural Representation and Charpy Impact Properties of Sintered Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Porous Plates

摘要: 以不锈钢丝网和不锈钢粉末为原材料,经过卷绕、压制、轧制和烧结工艺制造了 烧结不锈钢丝网多孔板材. 研究了不锈钢多孔板的孔隙结构特征和冲击力学性能,并进一 步分析了孔隙率、原材料丝径及烧结参数对冲击性能的影响. 结果表明: 不含粉末的多孔 板内的空隙呈规则的矩形,且孔隙尺寸分布均匀,孔隙尺寸分布范围较小; 含有粉末的多 孔板内的空隙形状复杂多变,孔隙尺寸分布范围较宽; 多孔板的成型烧结温度越高,其冲 击韧性越高; 原材料丝径越粗,冲击韧性越好; 材料孔隙率越低,冲击韧性越高; 孔隙率对 于冲击性能的影响最为显著,材料孔隙率从 10. 64% 上升到 29. 18% 时,不锈钢多孔板的 冲击韧性从 26. 32 J/cm2 下降到了 8. 02 J/cm2 . 根据冲击试样断裂的宏观和微观形貌分析 推断,材料在冲击载荷下经过了致密化、裂纹萌生、裂纹扩展、冶金结合点破坏、应力迅速 上升后断裂几个过程,金属丝骨架断裂为典型的韧性断裂,在断裂时受到了轴向拉伸应力 和垂直于断裂方向的剪切应力.

Abstract: Sintered stainless steel wire mesh porous plates have been prepared by winding,rolling and subsequently vacuum sintering. This paper investigates the pore size and size distribution,and the charpy impact properties of the stainless steel porous plates. Further studies of the effects on the impact properties by porosities,wire diameters and sintering parameters are performed. The results indicate that for the stainless steel porous plates prepared by the wire mesh,the pore structures are inerratic rectangles and the pore size distributes uniformly; as for the stainless steel porous plates prepared by wire mesh and powder,the pore structures are irregular; porosity of the stainless steel porous plates produces a major effect on their impact property,the impact toughness decreases from 26. 32 J/cm2 to 8. 02 J/cm2 along with the porosity increasing from 10. 64% to 29. 18% ; the impact toughness increases with the sintering temperature being raised and the wire diameter becoming thick. On the basis of macro and micro fracture morphology,the fracture of the specimens under impact load can be inducted as follows: densification,crack initiation,crack propagation,metallurgical joints broken and finally fracture. According to the fracture styles,the wires endure the tensile stress and shear stress before they rupture.
