摘要: 夏热冬暖地区某高校26 座学生公寓并联式太阳能空气源热泵热水系统原有运 行模式存在外界气象参数突变时热水供应不足、太阳能利用效率不高及供水泵工频运行 造成能源浪费等问题. 文中将该系统运行模式划分为补水模式、蓄热模式和供水模式,根 据不同模式的特点分别提出了基于日用水量上限和时用水量下限的优化设定、太阳能集 热系统制热量逐时预测、空气源热泵制热量逐时预测及供水分时变压差控制的精细化管 理和优化运行策略,并将优化运行策略和实验所得参数运用于该系统的实时控制. 运行结 果表明,优化控制策略在满足热水供应的前提下,与2015 年对比,2016 年的热水系统吨 水电耗下降了17. 49%,系统能效比提高了19. 98%.

Abstract: At a university in a hot summer and warm winter region,there exist some problems in the parallel-connection solar air-source heat-pump hot-water system at 26 student apartments.For example,the hot water supply is not enough during the abrupt changes of outside meteorological parameters,the solar energy efficiency is low,and the power frequency running of the water pump may cause an energy waste.In this paper,the running mode of the system is divided into the water replenishment mode,the heat storage mode and the water supply mode,and according to the characteristics of different modes,a strategy of streamline management and optimal operation is proposed based on the daily water upper limit control,the hourly water lower limit control,the heating capacity forecast of the solar collector system,the heating capacity forecast of the air-source heat-pump and the water supply at different pressure difference hourly.Then,the proposed strategy and the parameters obtained through experiments are applied to the real-time control of the system.The running results show that the proposed strategy can meet the requirements of the hot water supply,and it achieves a power consumption decrease of 17. 49% and a system COP increase of 19. 98% in 2016 in comparison with those in 2015.
