肿瘤治疗的球体覆盖模型

摘要: 研究了由肿瘤治疗中提出的一个数学模型.在肿瘤治疗的超声引导射频消融技 术中‚假设肿瘤是一个类球体‚布针治疗范围是小球体‚要求杀灭肿瘤表面的全部细胞‚因 此‚数学问题是要用半径为 r 的球体来覆盖半径为 R 的球面(r<R).利用球面和多面角的 几何性质‚采取逐步覆盖的方法‚讨论了球内接正四面体、正 n 棱柱算法‚在这个基础上‚ 提出菠萝形算法和球冠逐步覆盖法.给出了用最少布针次数治疗肿瘤的算法.

Abstract: A mathematical problem arising from the therapy of tumors was investigated.In the ultrasound-guided radio-frequency ablation to cure tumors‚the tumor is assumed to be sphere-like‚and the expendable size of the ablation electrode is assumed to be a small spheroid.Medical treatment requires that all the cells on the tumor surface be killed. The mathematical problem is how to utilize the sphere with a radius r to cover the spherical surface with a radius R (r <R).In this paper‚the regular tetrahedron algorithm and the n-side regular prism algorithm were discussed‚according to the geometric properties of spheres and polyhedral angles and by using the method of stepwise covering.To solve the problem‚the pineapple-shaped algorithm and the spherical crown stepwise covering method were proposed‚ thus giving a minimal ablation placement algorithm which can be applied to the therapy of tumors.
