生物接触氧化法处理富马酸废水

摘要: 采用好氧生物膜接触氧化法处理富马酸废水‚用盾式纤维填料作为生物的支持物‚研究生物降解富马酸的原理和不同工艺条件对富马酸废水降解的影响.实验结果表明‚富马酸的降解符合一级反应规律‚最佳的反应气水比为16‚控制水力停留时间为8h.
当富马酸废水COD 和 BOD 5 分别增至1800mg/L 和520mg/L 时‚处理后的废水的COD 约为216mg/L‚BOD 5 约为114mg/L‚BOD 5 与COD 的比值为0.53.在反应器容积负荷提高到原来的7.6倍‚运行40h 后‚COD 去除率约可恢复到70%‚表明生物膜接触氧化反应器具有较大的缓冲能力‚其抗冲击负荷能力较强.

Abstract: This paper deals with the treatment of fumaric acid-containing wastewater by using the aerobic biofilm contact oxidation‚that is‚to degrade the fumaric acid in wastewater by using peltate fibre filling as the biological support‚thus expounding the mechanism and technology of treating wastewater.Experimental results indicate that the degradation of fu-maric acid wastewater accords with the first order reaction principle;that the optimal ratio of the gas to water is16and the hydrodynamic retention time is8h;that when the inlet COD and BOD 5 are respectively up to1800mg/L and520mg/L‚under stable conditions‚the outlet COD and BOD 5 of the reactor are respectively216mg/L and114mg/L‚while the B/C value is0.53;and that when the cubage load increases by6.6times‚the COD removal of the reactor will approach to70% after working for40h‚which reveal.
