双转子凸轮马达的转矩和转速分析

Analysis of Rotational Torque and Speed of Double- Rotor Cam Motor

摘要: 为了增加凸轮马达的工作方式,设计了一种双转子凸轮马达,通过改变凸轮马达进油口的连接方式来改变马达的排量.在流量相同、负载一定的条件下,计算了马达在各种连接工况下的转矩和转速,并对比了各种工况下的转矩脉动.结果表明: 双转子凸轮马达 4 个输入口有 6 种不同的组合输出,其中两内马达、两外马达、两内两外马达这 3 种组合的输出转矩脉动较小; 双转子凸轮马达有两种差动连接,其中两外两内差动连接可以实现低转矩高转速,且转矩脉动理论值为零.

Abstract:

In order to obtain more working manners of cam motors,a double- rotor cam motor,whose displacementvaries with the inlet connection mode,was designed.Then,the rational torque and the speed of the motor at fixedflow and load were calculated under different connection conditions,and the torque ripples in different workingmanners were compared. The results show that the four input ports of the double- rotor cam motor are of six differentoutput combinations,three of which,namely the combinations respectively of two inside motors,two outside motorsand two inside/two outside motors,are of small output torque ripple; and that there are two kinds of differentialconnections of the double- rotor cam motor,in which the two outside/two inside connection can achieve low torque,high rotational speed and a theoretical torque ripple of zero.
