摘要: 针对锌钡白转窑控制项目中“等质量等能量”控制模型在进料量估算和控制模型参数辨识方面的不足,通过分析大量的历史数据和总结操作工人现场手动控制的经验,提出一种新的进料量计算方法和控制模型参数辨识方法,把进料量控制纳入到消色力控制中来,同时引入人工判断消色力作为辨识依据.文中还给出了参数辨识的具体过程,并对控制效果进行了探讨.该方法已成功应用于转窑控制中,提高了产量和产品的消色力.

Abstract:

In order to overcome the dificulty in the estimation of material amount and the parameter identification ofthe“equal mass equal energy”model proposed in the project of lithopone rotary kiln control,a new method of calculating material amount and identifying parameters is put forward based on the analyses of a large number of historical data and manual experience of workers.In the utilization of this method.the control of material amount iS brought into the control of ACC(Ability of Clearing Color),and the ACC estimated by the workers are used as the basis of the parameter identification.Moreover,the process of parameter identification is presented in detail,and the control effect is finally discussed.The proposed method is successfully applied、to the control of rotary kiln,with the yields and ACC of lithopone improved.
