平板型连续式处理室的多物理场仿真及实验

摘要: 使用 COMSOL Multiphysics 软件对平板型连续式处理室的处理腔进行电场、流场及温度场三场耦合模拟,发现处理腔内电场分布并不均匀,并且杀菌过程中入口流速设置为 5 cm /s 时处理室结构对杀菌效果的影响较小。使用该处理室对醋酸菌进行了杀菌实验,通过控制输入能量,探究了电压、脉宽及频率对杀菌效果的影响,结果表明, 电压对杀菌效果的影响程度比脉宽和频率的大。

Abstract: COMSOL multiphysics software was used to simulate the electric field,flow field and temperature field of the plate type continuous treatment chamber. The experimental results show that the distribution of the electric field is not uniform,and the structure of the treatment chamber has little effect on the sterilization effect when the inlet velocity is 5 cm /s. The sterilization experiment was performed on acetic acid bacteria using this processing chamber. By controlling the input energy,the effects of applied voltage,pulse width,and frequency on the sterilization effect were explored. The experimental results show that the effect of voltage on the sterilization effect is more significant than that of pulse width and frequency.
