圆端形夹层结构桥墩防撞浮箱碰撞性能分析

摘要: 为实现回避撞击和柔性耗能防撞设计要求,文中讨论一种采用钢-聚氨酯夹层板制造的圆端形桥墩曲面防撞浮式套箱,用于内河航道桥墩防撞;利用 ABAQUS 有限元软件建立船舶、防撞浮箱、桥墩碰撞系统计算模型,对不同角度撞击时该浮箱以及桥墩的受力影响、能量转换、拨动船头程度进行了分析。分析结果表明最不利撞击时该浮箱具有良好的吸能防撞效果,能吸收绝大部分船舶动能,减少桥墩受力;在一般斜撞时易拨开船头,将船舶绝大部分动能保留在船上,能更有效地保护桥墩。

Abstract: To avoid impact and flexible energy dissipation anti-collision design,the curved-shaped anti-collision floating box made of steel-polyurethane sandwich plate is introduced for the round end shaped pier in the river channel. The ship, floating box, and pier collision system simulation model is established by ABAQUS software. Impact on the floating box, the pier, system energy conversion, and the turn the bow degree are analyzed in different angles when the collision. The results show that the floating box has a good anti-collision effect, absorbs most ship kinetic energy, reduces the impact force of pier under the most unfavorable impact. The box removes the bow easily when colliding obliquely in the general case , reserves most of the ship kinetic energy in the flank crash, protects bridge pier effectively.
