漆包线电阻点焊电极烧损状态分析方法

摘要: 针对漆包线电阻点焊电极耗损缺乏量化评价的问题,围绕电极烧损研究了点焊电极烧损状态分析方法. 以通电过程点焊电极自身的动态电阻作为过程信息研究对象进行了特征分析,选取每次通电点焊电极动态电阻的最大值及其随通电次数的变化率用于表征烧损状态. 提出了基于状态划分和灰色预测的烧损分析方法,并进行了烧损试验过程分析. 结果表明,所选特征可有效反映点焊电极烧损状态,所述方法对烧损状态变化较为敏感,可对烧损过程实施较好的阶段分析,计算量较少且无需事先进行模型训练和测试,可为漆包线电阻点焊电极的烧损评价研究提供参考.

Abstract: Analysis method of ignition loss state was studied,aiming at the the problem of lacking quantitative as- sessment for electrode ignition loss in enameled wire resistance spot welding. Feature analysis was carried out by choosing dynamic resistance of electrodes as process information research object,and maximums of dynamic resist- ance during every ohmic heating process and the change rate with respect to the number of ohmic heating were ex- tracted as features of ignition loss state through. Analysis methods of ignition loss state based on state division and grey prediction were proposed and applied to analyze ignition loss experiments. The result shows that the chosen features can reflect ignition loss state of electrodes efficiently. Besides,the change of ignition loss state can be rec- ognized sensitively with the proposed methods,and different stages of ignition loss process can be analyzed quantita- tively without complex calculation and models trained and tested beforehand. Therefore,such methods can offer ref- erence for analysis research on electrode ignition loss in enameled wire resistance spot welding.
