城市污泥与有机垃圾交替式好氧厌氧堆肥化

摘要: 为探讨交替好氧厌氧堆肥化过程中城市污水污泥与有机垃圾理化性质和生物毒性的变化规律,将城市污水污泥、城市有机垃圾以及调理剂以3:3:1的质量比均匀混合,进行60天的交替好氧厌堆肥化处理,发现堆料中的总有机碳含量从59.62%(质量分数,下同)下降到40.21% ,挥发性固体含量从76.47% 下降到69.85% ,总氮含量从0.94% 下降到0.68% ,总磷含量则由0.59% 上升到0.86% ,腐殖质含量最终维持在7% 左右的水平,种子发芽率达72.5% .表明堆料成为腐熟的堆肥产品.

Abstract:

This paper aims at the variation laws of the phvsic0chemical and bio-toxic characteristics of municipal sewage sludge and organic garbage during the alternative aerobic and anaerobic composting.In the investigation,municipal sewage sludge,municipal organic garbage and bulking agents were uniformly mixed in a mass ratio of 3:3:1 to carry out a eomposting for 60 days.The results show that the contents of the total organic carbon.the vola-tile solids and the total nitrogen decrease respectively from 59.62% to 40.2 1% .from 76.47% to 69.85% and from 0.94% to 0.68% ,while the content of the total phosphors increases from 0.59% to 0.86% ,and that the content of humus substances remains at about 7% and the germ ination ratio reaches 72.5% at the end of the eom-posting.All these mean that the composting materials become mature compost with an greatly improved bioaetivitv .
