Perkin法合成α一呋喃丙烯酸的反应动力学及机理

摘要: 采用紫外-可见光分光光度法研究碱性催化剂催化合成α-呋喃丙烯酸的Perkin反应动力学.研究结果表明总的反应对于各组元分别接近准一级.提出Perkin法合成α-呋喃丙烯酸过程中乙酸酐碳负离子产生的可能机理为:乙酸酐碳负离子是由烯醇式乙酸酐转变而来,催化剂碱性、结构及溶剂极性和溶剂形成氢键能力对反应速率有重要影响.

Abstract:

The kinetics of Perkin reaction catalyzed by basic catalysts for synthesizing α-furylacrylic acid was inves-tigated by means of the ultraviolet spectr0photometry,verifying a nearly one-order total reaction for each reactant.Th e formation mechanism of acetic anhydride carbanion in the Perkin reaction for synthesizing α-furylacrylic acid was then proposed.It is concluded that acetic anhydride carbanion is obtained from the acetic anhydride with enol form . It is also concluded that the reaction rate is greatly afected by the basicity and structure of catalysts and bv the solvent’s polarity and capability of form ing hydrogen bonds as well
