线路板废渣的真空热解动力学

Pyrolysis Kinetics of Waste Print Circuit Board in Vacuum Condition

摘要: 采用真空热解技术对真空下线路板废渣进行了热解动力学研究,以期为真空热解批量回收处理设备的设计提供理论依据. 根据线路板废渣的热失重微分(DTG)曲线,讨论了其在三个失重反应阶段的情况,计算得到反应级数为3,活化能为68. 001 kJ /mol,指前因子为4. 67 ×107 min- 1. 与氮气下线路板的热解相比,真空下的热解反应活化能降低了100 kJ /mol左右. 同时,根据计算所得动力学参数模拟的真空热解DTG曲线与实验所得的DTG曲线相一致.

Abstract:

The introduction of vacuum pyrolysis into the treatment of waste p rint circuit board (WPCB) was first proposed in this paper. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the batch treatment, the pyrolysis kineticswas investigated. Based on the differential thermo-gravimetry (DTG) curves of WPCB, the three stages of pyrolysis of WPCB were then discussed, and the corresponding kinetic parameterswere found, that is, the reaction order is 3, the average activation energy is 68. 001 kJ /mol, and the pre-exponent factor is 4. 67 ×107 min- 1. As compared with the pyrolysis in N2 , the pyrolysis activation energy in vacuum decreases by about 100 kJ /mol. Furthermore, there is little difference between the simulated DTG curves obtained by computer and by experiments.
