摘要: 研究了一种新的青梅中黄酮类组分微乳薄膜色谱分离鉴定方法.以10%的甲酸调酸、含水量为70%的十二炕基硫酸钠-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳液为展开剂,以芦丁为对照样,利用聚酰胺薄膜层析色谱法使青梅黄酮化合物完全分离.分离结果表明,乙酸乙酯组分分离得到5个斑点,氯仿组分分离得到4个斑点,石油醚组分和环己烷组分各分离得到1个斑点.与用正丁醇-乙酸-水为展开剂的常规层析方法相比,微乳薄膜层析法的检测灵敏度更高,分离效果更好.

Abstract:

This paper proposes a new method for the separation and identification of flavonoids in Prunus mume by microemulsion chromatography.By using 10%formic acid for the pH adjustment,as well as with SDS/n-C4H9OH/n-C7H16/H2O microemulsion and rutin respectively as the eluant and the control sample on the polyamide film ,the flavonoids were entirely separated by the proposed method.Th e separated results indicate that five flavonoid spots can be obtained from the ethyl acetate extract,four from chloroform ,one from petroleum ether and one from n-hexanel,It is also indicated that,compared with the general chromatography methods with C4H9OH/CH3COOH/H2O as the elu-ant,the propo sed microemulsion chromatography is of greater sensitivity of detection and better separation effect.
