摘要: 以La(NO3 )3 为La源,采用非均匀形核淀积法在水热法合成的BaTiO 粉体表面包覆La(OH)3 .根据溶度积理论计算非均匀形核淀积包覆工艺的pH值,并通过控制溶液的pH值,获得化学计量配比(Ba1-3x/2M/La )TiO3 的La表面包覆BaTiO3 粉体和陶瓷.文中讨论了La包覆量对已包覆了SiO2 的BaTiO3 粉体的烧结特性、相结构、陶瓷电阻率、介电系数一温度特性的影响.实验结果表明:采用非均匀形核淀积包覆方法,容易获得均相、化学计量比的La改性BaTiO3陶瓷;随着La2O3 掺杂量的增加,BaTiO3 陶瓷的居里温度向低温方向移动,居里温度与La2O3  掺杂量之间呈线性关系;而使BaTiO3 陶瓷半导化所需要的La的掺杂量较采用氧化物固相反应法的高.

Abstract:

Hvdrothermally-synthesized barium titanate powders were coated with La(OH)3 through a heterogeneous nucleation processing technique with La(NO3)3 as the La source.The pH value during the heterogeneous nuclea-tion was calculated based on the theory of solubility product. By controlling the pH value in dispersed BaTiO3 sus-pension, La2O3-coated BaTiO powders and ceramics with a homogeneous and stoicheometry composition of (Ba1-3x/2M/La )TiO3 were then prepared. Meanwhile,the influence of La content on the sintering behaV or,phaLse structure.resistivity and dielectric constant-temperature dependence of the La-doped BaTiO3 ceramics added with SiO2 was discussed. Expe:rimental results demonstrate that the La-doped BaTiO3 ceramics with homogeneous and stoicheometry composition CaD.easily be prepared by the doping method mentioned above· It is also found that the Curie temperature of the prepared BaTiO3 ceramics decreases linearly with the increase of La2 O3 content,and that more La is needed to make a BaTiO semicondsucting ceramic derived from the method than by an oxide-mixing re-action method.
