摘要: 柴油机的结构及工作参数均为非线性变化关系,活塞行程与气缸直径的比值(s/D)将直接影响柴油机的热负荷与散热面积.文中以最小’散热面积为目标函数,建立了中、高速柴油机S/D为变量的优化设计数学模型;同时,在非线性约束条件下,利用序列二次规划法(SQP)在Matlab软件系统上进行优化计算.以国产135系列和4102Q系列柴油机为实例进行对比分析,结果与实际情况相一致.

Abstract:

Since both the structure and the operating parameters of a diesel engine change nonlinearly, the heatload and heat radiation area are directly influenced by the ratio of piston stroke to cylinder diameter(S/D).In thispaper,an optimized mathematical model is established for moderate-speed and high-speed diesel engines,with the minimal heat radiation area as the object function and the S/D value as the variable.In the condition of non1inear constraints,the proposed model is optimized by Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP)on Matlab system.An illustrated analysis is finally performed by using Series 1 35 and Series 4102Q diesel engines as the objects,with the results according well with those in actual situations.
