多级雾化超重力旋转床能耗的建模及实验

摘要: 通过理论分析建立了多级雾化超重力旋转床能耗的数学模型,利用传热强化与过程节能教育部重点实验室开发的多级雾化超重力旋转床设备,采用电度表测量功耗的方法验证了该模型,从实验数据中归纳出了总能耗的计算式 实验结果表明:多级雾化超重力旋转床的能耗受气流量的影响很小,而受液流量、旋转床转速、转子转动方式及转子结构的影响较大;减少转子转动摩擦阻力并选用优良的转动方式可以显著降低总能耗 实验结果证明了多级雾化超重力旋转床能以较少能耗来获取过程传递的极大强化

Abstract:

A mathematical model of the energy consumption for the muhistaged spraying rotating packed bed was presented by theoretical analyses,and was then verified by experiments carried out on a self-developed rotating packed bed by way of measuring the power consumption with an ammeter. Moreover,an equation of the total energy consumption was induced according to the experimental data.The results show that the liquid flux . the rotating speed of the bed,the rotating manner and the structure of the rotors greatly influence the energy consumption,while the gas flux does not.It is also indicated that less friction and better rotating manner can 0bviouslv reduce the total energy consumed by the working rotor.It is finally concluded that the rotating packed bed can greatly enhance the transfer process with less energy consumption.
