黄粉虫幼虫粉对高血脂大鼠血脂水平的影响

Effect of Tenebrio Molitor L.Larva on the Plasma Lipid of Hyperlipemia Rats

摘要: 为了探讨黄粉虫幼虫粉是否有降血脂的作用,将32只高血脂大鼠随机分成4组:分别饲喂占大鼠体重3%% 、10% 剂量的黄粉虫幼虫粉饲料组,饲喂降血脂药物血脂康0.02 g/(kg·d-1 )的药物对照组,对照组.对这4组同时饲喂高脂饲料,另外选择正常血脂大鼠8只饲喂占 鼠体重10% 剂量的黄粉虫幼虫粉饲料作为正常血脂对照组.于给样后第14d和第28d分别取血,测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等指标.研究结果表明,不同剂量的黄粉虫幼虫粉均可显著抑制高血脂大鼠血清中TC、TG的升高(P<0.01),说明黄粉虫幼虫粉有较明显的调节血脂作用.

Abstract:

To make sure about whether the lalwa of Tenebfio molitor L.can decrease the plasma lipid level,32 hy-perlipemia rats were randomly divided into four groups:the first and the second fed with Tenebrio molitor L.larva with the mass fractions of 3% and 10% (in rat)respectively,the third fed with the drug of“Xuezhikang”with the content of 0.02 g/(kg·d-1 ),and the fourth-control group.The four groups were all fed with high-level lipid feed.In addition,of the control group with natural plasma lipid,8 rats with natural plasma lipid level were fed with Tenebrio molitor L.larva,with the mass fraction of 10% in rat.On the 14th and 1 8th days after the administra-tion,the contents of TC,TG and HDL-C in the serum of the rats were assayed.The results reveal that Tenebfio molitor L.larva can remarkably restrain the increase in TC and TG(P<0.05),which means significant regulating ability for plasma lipid of the larva of Tenebrio molitor L..
