摘要: 利用管式炉定量研究了陶瓷烧成中还原气氛气体含量、还原温度和还原时间三者对日用瓷烧成还原程度的影响.通过测量样品截面的颜色变化区域来确定还原层的厚度‚并利用 X 射线衍射分析仪分析了还原前后陶瓷样品相的变化.结果表明‚在1100℃含4%(质量分数)一氧化碳气体的还原气氛下‚厚度为11.5mm、含0.47%(质量分数)Fe 2 O 3 的样品2min内已还原完全.

Abstract:

The influences of three factors‚such as gas contents in reducing atmosphere‚reducing temper-ature and reducing time‚on the reducing degree of ware sintering were quantitatively investigated by the tube furnace.The thickness of reducing layer was determined by measuring the color variation region on the ware cross section.XRD was adopted to analyze the ware phase transformation before and after the reducing process.The results indicate that the ceramic with 0.47% (mass fraction) of Fe 2 O 3 and 11.5mm of thickness is completely reduced in two minutes under the reducing conditions of1100℃ and 4% (mass fraction) of CO.
