掺矿渣微粉砂浆和混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能

Sulfate Resistance of Mortar and Concrete with Slag Addition

摘要: 通过实验研究了水胶比和矿渣微粉掺量对砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力的影响‚并进一步研究了掺加矿渣微粉对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力的影响.结果表明:普通磨细矿渣微粉只有在掺量大于65%(质量分数‚下同)时‚才能提高砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力;而含激发剂的矿渣微粉掺量在50%以下时‚便可提高砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力;掺加65%的普通磨细矿渣微粉或者掺加50%的含激发剂的矿渣微粉‚均能提高混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力.

Abstract: The influence of water -binder ratio and slag content on the ability of sulfate resistance of mortar is studied by experiments‚and then the influence of slag addition on the ability of concrete is investigated.The results show that the ability of sulfate resistance of mortar increases only when the replacing ratio of general slag is over65% or the ratio of slag with excitant is less than50%.By adding general slag with the replacing ratio of65%‚or slag with excitant with the replacing ratio of50%‚the ability of sulfate resistance of concrete increases.
