多孔灭菌陶瓷的制备及灭菌性能研究

摘要: 将造孔剂和无机灭菌剂按一定比例加入瓷料中,制备出了灭菌性能良好的多孔灭菌陶瓷,研究了多孔灭菌陶瓷的制备工艺和灭菌性能.实验结果表明:所得灭菌陶瓷的灭菌率可达97.5%;材料的灭菌能力随灭菌剂含量的增加、烧结保温时间的缩短、气孔率的增大及浸泡时间的延长而增强.

Abstract: In this paper, by adding inorganic bactericide and pore-making agent with a proper proportioninto raw ceramic powder, the bactericidal porous ceramic with excellent bactericidal property can be made.The preparation technique and bactericidal property of the porous ceramic are studied.The results of bactericidal tests show that the bactericidal rate of this material is 97. 5%;The bactericidal ability increases with the increasing of bactericide content, the decreasing of the sintering time, and the increasing of porous rate and soaking time.
