摘要: 为了改善聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜的性能,采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过PVDF与异丙醇铝(AIP)的原位聚合,制备了不同Al2O3含量的PVDF/Al2O3杂化超滤膜.并采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、超滤实验、接触角和机械性能测试等手段对膜的结构和性能进行了表征.结果表明:AIP在注膜液中发生了水解聚合反应,生成铝氧聚合物掺杂在杂化膜中,并与PVDF发生键联;当AIP添加量为12%时,杂化膜的纯水通量比纯PVDF膜提高了83.36%,其对BSA的截留率由88.27%提高到96.64%,且膜的亲水性、机械性能和抗污染性都得到改善

Abstract:

In order to improve the ultrafiltration performance of polyvinylidene fluoride ( PVDF) membrane,hybrid PVDF/Al2O3 membranes with different Al2O3 contents were prepared via the in-situ polymerization of aluminium isopropoxide ( AIP) and PVDF in a sol-gel process. Then,the structure and properties of the prepared hybrid membranes were characterized by means of SEM,IR,ultrafiltration experiments,contact angle test and mechanical test. The results indicate that there exist alumina polymers in the prepared membranes due to the hydrolysis polymerization of AIP in PVDF,and that,at an AIP dosage of 12% ,the pure-water flux of the prepared hybrid membranes increases by 83. 36% ,the BSA ( Bovine Serum Albumin) retention rises from 88. 27% to 96. 64% ,and the hydrophilicity,mechanical properties and pollution resistance of the membranes are all significantly improved.
