摘要: 为了更好地了解波纹钢加固混凝土管涵的力学性能,采用钢筋混凝土管作为既有管涵,通过试验确定了 5 个试件的试验承载力,了解了波纹钢管的作用,分析了偏心加固对加固管承载力的影响,提出了一种估算偏心加固管承载力的方法。研究结果表明: 加固后的管涵承载能力主要取决于混凝土管和填充混凝土,波纹钢管发挥的作用很小; 偏心加固管的承载力低于同心加固管; 改进的 “滑移理论”较为合理,文中提出的偏心加固管承载力分析方法的理论结果与试验结果的误差小于 22. 3% 。

Abstract: In order to better understand the performance of the concrete pipe culvert reinforced by corrugated steel pipes,experiments were conducted on existing reinforced concrete pipes to determine the test-loading capacity of five specimens and understand the role of corrugated steel pipes. The influence of eccentric reinforcement on the loading capacity of the slip-lined pipe was explored and concluded with an approach to estimate the loading capacity of the reinforced pipes. The results show that the loading capacity of the concrete pipe culvert reinforced by corru- gated steel pipes mainly depends on the concrete pipes and the grout,and corrugated steel pipes plays a very small role. The loading capacity of an eccentric reinforced pipe was lower than that of a concentric reinforced pipe. The improved fully slip approach is reasonable,and the errors between the theoretical results calculated with the ap- proach for analyzing a vertical eccentric reinforced pipe proposed in this paper and experimental results is less than 22. 3% .
