碱激发粉煤灰-矿渣灌浆材料的流变性与流动性

摘要: 采用 Brookfield RS plus 流变仪和 Marsh 筒分别研究了碱激发粉煤灰 - 矿渣灌 浆材料的流变性和流动性,并探讨了硅酸钠溶液模数和固含量、矿渣掺量的影响;采用灰 色关联度分析法探究了流变性与 Marsh 流动性之间的关联性. 研究表明:下端出口内径为 10mm 的 Marsh 筒适用于碱激发粉煤灰 - 矿渣灌浆材料的流动性测试;碱激发粉煤灰 - 矿渣灌浆材料为流变性指数大于 1 的剪切增稠浆液,流变性与 Marsh 流动性存在经时突 变性;当水玻璃模数为 1. 7、水玻璃用量为 18%、矿渣掺量为 10% 时,浆液具有良好的工 作性能;浆液 Marsh 流动度与浆液屈服应力和塑性黏度之间的关联度均大于 0. 8,关联性 良好,其中在 20s-1 剪切速率时流变性与 Marsh 流动性的关联性最好,可采用 Marsh 筒法 来检测评价浆液的流变性.

Abstract: The rheological properties and fluidity of alkali-activated fly ash-slag grouting materials were studied by Brookfield R/S plus rheometer and Marsh cone. The effects of sodium silicate modulus and concentration and slag content on slurry were discussed. The correlation between rheological properties and Marsh fluidity was explored by grey relational analysis method. The research shows that the Marsh cone with an 10 mm inner diameter is suitable for the fluidity test of the alkali-activated fly ash-slag grouting material. The alkali-activated fly ash-slag grouting material is shear thicking slurry withing reological property index greater than 1. When the sodium silicate modulus is 1. 7,the sodium silicate concentration is 18%,and the slag content is 10%,it has good working performance. The correlation between Marsh fluidity of the slurry and the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the slurry is greater than 0. 8,and the correlation is good. The rheological property at the 20 s-1 shear rate is the best correlated with the Marsh fluidity. The Marsh cone method can be used to detect the fluidity of the slurry.
