Abstract

Based on the utility function of cognitive users, the game of licensed users in spectrum allocation is solved with the help of the oligopoly market game model. Then, based on the utility function of cognitive users and the theories of Bertrand and Cournot equilibrium,a dynamic Bertrand game algorithm is proposed for the channel pricing of licensed users.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the stability of Nash equilibrium solution is related to the regulative rate, that stable channel price can be obtained in a short time when the regulative rate is less than 0.020,that the Nash equilibrium point is related to the marginal cost, and that higher channel price can be obtained with a higher marginal cost.
