Abstract

Desulfurization slag and calcareous waste stone powder were used to prepare ceramics, and the product was then characterized by means of XRD and X-ray fluorescence analysis,et al. The results show that the release rate of SO2 is up to more than 77% when only desulphurization slag are added to the raw materials, that the release rate decreases to less than 30% when calcareous waste stone powder and desulphurization slag are both added to the raw material and when the surface is glazed at a sintering temperature decreasing from 1 100 ℃ to 1 050 ℃ and a soaking duration decreasing from 2 h to 1 h,that the calcium in the prepared ceramics mainly exists in the form of CaAl2Si2O8 and CaSO4,and that the product is qualified.
