For the pre-bending blade of wind turbines, there exists a coupling relationship between the bendingcurve design and the layer structure design. In order to realize the integrated design of the pre-bending curve andthe layer structure of a wind turbine blade,a parametric expression of the pre-bending curve and the layer structureis proposed. Then, the parametric modeling method for the blade finite element model is proved to be correct by anexample. On this basis,an integrated optimal design model is constructed for the pre-bending curve and the layerstructure, and the particle swarm algorithm is adopted to optimize the pre-bending curve and the layer structure of a850kW wind turbine blade,so as to minimize the blade mass under the constraints of the material strength, themaximum deformation of the blade tip and the vibration frequency. It is found that the blade weight decreases by15.26% under the above constraints, which confirms the correctness of the proposed optimal design method.
