Abstract: Temperature action on concrete track structure is a random process, temperature variation is a sequence of random variables based on a timer shaft. It’s changing rule mainly dominated by atmospheric environmental temperature and sunlight action which atmospheric environmental temperature decide the annual variation law of track temperature. Based on 2 years’ measured data, by using time series difference method separate the impact of sunlight action, the shard temperature time travel curves of CRTSII track structure have been obtained. Through statistical analysis, an annual uniform temperature spectrum concept has been proposed and fourier series have been fitted. Relation function between track structure uniform temperature and atmospheric temperature has been established and forecasted by historical atmospheric temperature records of 50years. The result show that shared temperature of each part of track structure are close which could be indicated by an uniform annual temperature spectrum fourier formula. It’s annual uniform temperature is 21.73℃, annual temperature rangeability is 12.27℃ and period is 367 days. Track structure-atmospheric temperature relationship could be expressed by a linear function which is similar with Euro Code clauses but is somewhat larger, the high temperature is slightly larger with 1.07℃ with low temperature is 2.32℃. The maximum and minimum track construct uniform temperature representative values with recurrence interval 50,100,150 and 300 years are 42.42,44.36,45.42,47.09 and 4.45,0.7,-1.39,-5.21℃.
