Abstract: In order to avoid the repeated system development in different domains and support the model redefinition and extension at run time,an ontology-based adaptive object model for simulated physical parameter management is constructed.By abstracting the general high-level data type in simulated physical parameter management, the formal definition and ontology modeling method of the corresponding meta-model are presented, and the modeling method and cases of the corresponding domain model is further presented. Moreover, the domain adaptability, dynamic extendibility, and data evolvability of the proposed model are analyzed. Finally, the proposed model is applied in the physical parameter management system for the flexible media domain in an ATM development company. Thus, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified.
