Abstract: The interior decoration mould of auto ceiling was modeled by using the software of PRO/ENGINEER.The thermal field and temperature-time history in the heat-pressing moulding process were also simulated by using ANSYS. It is found that the position of heating panels and the temperature setting of sensors are the key factors affecting the moulding.By comparing the simulated results with the actual onesit is found that they fit very well.Thusa heating scheme was put forward to solve the problems of uneven temperature and partial singeing.It is concluded that the proposed scheme is correct and feasibleand can improve the productivity and reduce the production cost.
