Ploughing-extrusion Machining Mechanism of the Integra-fin of Stainless Steel Surface

Abstract: Based on the experimental research on the fin formation mechanism by ploughing-extrusion machining‚the formation characteristics‚machining conditions and formation mechanism of the3D integra- l fin of stainless steel were investigated.The experimental results show that the influence on the fin formation attributes to such factors as tool ge-ometry parameter‚ploughing-extrusion depth‚feed‚ploughing-extrusion velocity and the superposition angle of the secondary ploughing-extrusion.The reasonable values of matching parameters obtained by experiments are:the inclination angle of the ploughing face‚10°~35°;the extrusion angle‚10°~25°;the ploughing-extrusion velocity‚5~10m/min;and the feed‚0.4~0.8mm.
