Steady State Characteristics of Phase-Shift-Controlled Double-Full-Bridge Power Electronic Transformer

Abstract:

The operation principle of the phase-shift-controlled double-full-bridge power electronic transformer is an alyzed,and,by the analysis of the state space model,an equivalent tran sform er model and its corresponding out-put characteristic curve are obtained.Moreover,the expressions of both the equivalent transfer ratio and the inner resistan ce are deduced.Thus,it is proved that in term s of the essential features of the proposed model.the conven.tional transform er can be replaced and extended by the power electronic transform er.The corectness of the theoreti-cal an alyses is finally verified by simulated experiments.
