电致变色聚噻吩及其固态电致变色器件的制备

摘要

以2,2':5',2″-三噻吩(3T)作为单体,通过电化学聚合制备了聚噻吩,研究了聚噻吩薄膜的电致变色性能.研究发现,在液体电解质中,当施加外加电压时,聚噻吩薄膜的颜色能发生橙黄色和藏青色的可逆变化.利用聚噻吩作为电致变色活性层制备了固态电致变色器件ITO/聚噻吩/凝胶电解质/ITO,在施加外加电压时,固态电致变色器件也能发生橙黄色和藏青色的可逆变化.态电致变色器件

Abstract

Polythiophene was prepared via the electropolymerization of 2,2'∶ 5',2″-terthiophene ( 3T) ,and the electrochromic behaviors of polythiophene film were investigated,revealing a reversible color change from orange yellow to navy blue for the film with applied voltage in liquid electrolyte. Moreover,a solid-state electrochromic indium tin oxide ( ITO) /polythiophene/conducting gel/ITO device was fabricated,with polythiophene as the active electrochromic layer,and a similar color change was also observed for the device with applied voltage.
