摘要

对凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)13002进行急性毒理安全性评价及体外益生性、体内功能特性研究,发现:凝结芽孢杆菌13002对雌雄性KM小鼠经口急毒实验,属无毒级,且对模拟胃肠道消化液具有良好的耐受性;对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 12598(G+)和大肠杆菌ATCC 25922(G-)均具有一定的抑菌能力,可明显破坏菌体的微观结构。结果表明,凝结芽孢杆菌13002与低聚果糖合用时,对环磷酰胺所致的小鼠机体组织损伤有一定的恢复作用,可在一定程度上增大血液中的细胞含量,提高蛋白质合成率、葡萄糖利用率,清除小鼠机体多余的胆固醇,维护小鼠机体健康。

Abstract

In this study,the acute toxicological safety,prebiotic in vitro and functional characteristics in vivo of Bacillus coagulans 13002 were evaluated.The results show that Bacillus coagulans 13002 is non-toxic,which acutely oral for female and male KM mice,and that it possesses good tolerance to simulated gastrointestinal digestion fluid.Moreover,it is resistant to Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 12598 (G+) and Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 (G-),which can obviously destroy the microstructure.These results indicate that the combination of Bacillus coagulans 13002 with fructooligosaccharide has a certain recovery effect on cyclophosphamide-induced tissue damage in mice,which can increase blood cells,improve protein synthesis rate and glucose utilization,and remove excess cholesterol to maintain the health of mice.
