摘要

最小均方自适应滤波器( LMS-AF) 和变步长 LMS-AF( VSS-LMS-AF) 通常用来去 除移动心电信号中的运动干扰.运动干扰和移动心电信号的非稳态特性会增加自适应滤 波器的失调,组合自适应滤波器( C-AF) 虽具有跟踪非稳态信号的能力,但仍存在信号失 真.为了进一步减小信号失真,提高去除运动干扰的能力,提出了一种前馈组合自适应滤波器( FFC-AF) ,采用参考信号对运动干扰的稳态程度进行估计,将两个并行的自适应滤 波器的输出组合起来.用10 位健康志愿者的移动心电记录进行了仿真实验,以评估 FFC- AF 的性能.结果表明,文中提出的 FFC-AF 比 C-AF 具有更小的信号失真和更大的信号干扰率,可以用于移动心电信号中运动干扰的去除.

Abstract

The least mean square adaptive filter (LMS-AF) and the variable step size LMS-AF (VSS-LMS-AF) have been widely used to suppress the motion artifact (MA) from ambulatory electrocardiograms (AECG).How- ever,due to the fact that the non-stationary property of the MA and the AECG increases the mis-adjustment of fil- ters,although the combined AF (C-AF) has advantages in tracking non-stationary signals,it still suffers from a signal distortion.In order to further decrease the signal distortion and improve the MA suppression ability,a new feed-forward combined AF (FFC-AF) is proposed,in which the stationary degree of the MA is estimated by using a reference signal and two parallel AF outputs are combined.Then,a simulation experiment with the AECG re- cording on ten healthy volunteers is conducted to assess the performance of the FFC-AF.The results show that,as compared with the C-AF,the FFC-AF is of less signal distortion and larger signal artifact ratio.Therefore,it can be used to suppress the MA in the AECG.
