摘要

以铁离子交换改性钠基膨润土, 制得一种非均相 Fenton 催化剂, 利用扫描电镜和X 射线衍射仪对催化剂进行了表征, 并将其用于光催化深度处理造纸法烟草薄片废水. 采用响应面分析法通过建立出水 CODCr 与各因素之间的 Box- Behnken 数学模型, 对光催化处理工艺进行优化. 结果表明:在最佳实验条件(pH 值 2.7、 H2O2 用量 0. 2%、 催化剂用量1750mg/L)下, 处理后废水 CODCr 低至 60.44mg/L;铁改性膨润土在反应过程中具有较低的铁溶出量和良好的重复使用性.

Abstract

A heterogeneous Fenton catalyst,namely Fe- Bent,was prepared from Na- Bent through cation exchangeand was characterized by means of scan electron microscopy and X- ray diffraction.Then,the catalyst was used forthe advanced treatment of papermaking- reconstituted tobacco slice wastewater,and a Box- Behnken mathematicalmodel describing the relationship between wastewater CODCr and affecting factors was then established via the re-sponse surface analysis,with the photo- catalytic treatment process being finally optimized.The results show that(1) under optimal conditions,that is,an initial pH value of 2.7,a H2O2 dosage of 0.2% and a catalyst dosage of1750mg/L,the CODCr is as low as 60.44mg/L; (2) only a small amount of Fe ions leach from Fe- Bent during thereaction; and (3) the prepared catalyst can be easily recovered and reused.
