辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的制备及应用

摘要: 研究了辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯的生产方法、工艺路线,并对其系列产品在微胶囊壁材中的应用进行了探讨.实验结果表明,在本实验条件下,以柠檬油为芯材,辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯为壁材,壁材与芯材的最佳质量比为3:2,淀粉酯最佳的DE值为12.所得产品的微胶囊化产率和效率都接近100%.

Abstract: To study the preparation and techniques of serials of DE value products of starch ester octenylsucci-nate. It explores the product' s application in micro encapsulation. In this experiment, lemon oil was used as core material and the starch ester octenylsuccinate as wall material. The results show that optimum processing conditions for microencapsulation are:the mass ratio of wall material to core material is 3:2; the best DE value of starch ester octenylsuccinate is 12. The final product' s microencapsulation productivity and efficiency are close to 100% .
