基于模糊证据理论的储刀选刀系统故障率评估

摘要: 储刀选刀系统是加工中心的薄弱环节,准确评估其故障率对提升整机可靠性意 义重大. 然而,由于系统故障数据较少、复杂程度高等原因,评估其部件故障率存在不确定 性. 基于此,文中综合考虑引起故障的多源因素,采用证据理论有效处理不确定性信息,通 过投影加权法进行多源信息融合,同时采用可靠性模糊语言集理论进行故障率影响因素 的模糊化处理,进而确定以区间数表达的部件故障率评估结果. 最后以国产某加工中心储 刀选刀系统为例进行了实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract: The tool storage and tool selection system is the weak link of a machining center. The accurate evaluation of the system's failure rate is important to the improvement of machine reliability. However,due to the lack of fault data and the high complexity of the system itself,there exists uncertainty in evaluating the failure rate of system components. In order to solve this problem,this paper comprehensively considers the multisource influencing factors causing the failure,uses the evidence theory to deal with the uncertain information effectively,combines the multisource information by means of projection weighting,and adopts the reliability fuzzy language set theory to deal with the fuzzy treatment of the influencing factors of fault rate. Then,the evaluation results of the component failure rate expressed by interval number are obtained. Finally,an example application of the tool storage and selection system of a certain machining center in China is conducted to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method
