非饱和混凝土氯离子传输细观研究

摘要: 为研究非饱水状态混凝土中氯离子的侵蚀问题,根据混凝土在干湿循环过程的水分迁移的特点,考虑混凝土中氯离子传输的影响因素,推导出非饱水状态下水分-氯离子传输对流-扩散耦合方程。融合氯离子侵蚀数值模型与细观随机混凝土模型,总结得到了非饱水混凝土中氯离子传输的一般规律。研究结果表明:物质传输受骨料的影响其路径和浓度梯度方向变得复杂。混凝土骨料对氯离子浓度存在较大的影响,且氯离子浓度分布存在聚聚效应。不同于混凝土表层,由于对流和扩散的共同作用,靠近内部区域的氯离子浓度在湿润过程浓度上升,在干燥过程浓度下降,湿润过程中的骨料周围氯离子浓度聚聚效应更加显著。研究成果可为非饱水状态混凝土中氯离子的传输机理提供参考。

Abstract: In order to study the law of chloride ion erosion in unsaturated concrete of concrete bridges on service, a multi-factor modified model of chlorine ion transport for saturated concrete was established based on the characteristics of moisture migration in dry-wet circulation process and the influence factors of chloride ion transmission.It derived the coupling equations of water-chlorine transport convection-diffusion under non-saturated conditions.By integrating the macroscopical numerical model of chloride ion erosion with the mesoscopic random concrete model, a random mesoscopic study method for non-saturated chloride ion-eroded concrete was presented,and it summarize the rules that chloride ion transport in unsaturated concrete. The results indicate that the concentration of chloride ion concentration around the aggregate was significant.Different from the surface of concrete ,the aggregates have a great influence on the size and position of the chloride ion concentration peak. The concentration increased in wetting process , and decreased in drying stage due to the combined effect of convection and diffusion for the interior area .The research results for non-saturated concrete chloride ion transport mechanism provides a reference.
