摘要: 将住宅建筑中对角房间的建筑构件划分为若干子系统,构建系统的声能平衡方 程组,通过求解此方程组预测各传声路径上的声压级差及总声压级差,由主要传声路径确 定对角房间隔声的薄弱部分,建立其隔声理论预测模型. 研究结果显示: 整个频率范围内, 全程通过楼板的侧向传声路径是对角房间的主要传声路径; 在 200 ~500 Hz 的频率范围 内,隔墙的轻质化有利于改善对角房间的隔声. 此外,由于在隔声预测模型中考虑了二阶 侧向传声的影响,使得对角房间中的声压级差的预测值降低了 3 ~5 dB,提高了对角房间 声传递预测的精度. 应用此模型可探索改善住宅建筑隔声的有效方法.

Abstract: In the investigation,the diagonal rooms within a residence building are disassembled into a variety of subsystems,and the sound energy equations of the diagonal room system are set up.By solving these equations,the overall sound pressure level difference and the sound pressure level differences along each sound transmission path are predicted.Then,through the dominant sound transmission path,the parts of weak sound insulation performance within the diagonal rooms are determined,and a sound insulation prediction model is constructed.The theoretical prediction indicates that,in the whole frequency range,the dominant sound transmission path of the diagonal rooms is the flanking sound transmission path that passes through the floor wholly,and that,in the frequency range of 200 ~ 500Hz,the separating wall of lightweight material is prone to ameliorate the sound insulation between the diagonal rooms.In addition,as the developed sound insulation prediction model involves the first-and second-order flanking sound transmissions,the prediction values of the sound pressure level difference are reduced by 3 ~5dB,thus the prediction precision of the sound transmission in the diagonal rooms is improved.Therefore,the prediction model can be adopted to seek effective approaches to improving the sound insulation of a residence building.
