湿式摩擦离合器带排扭矩预测及影响因素分析

Towing Torque Prediction and Influence Factor Analysis of Wet Friction Clutch

摘要: 以船用湿式多片摩擦离合器油路为研究对象,利用动网格技术对离合器分片过程的流场进行动态仿真,得出摩擦片间隙处油层厚度的分布情况;基于流体动力润滑理论和牛顿内摩擦定律,建立含径向和周向油槽的湿式多片摩擦离合器带排扭矩数学模型,计算得出离合器带排扭矩解析解;建立摩擦离合器片间润滑油层参数化离散模型,采用有限元法计算得出离合器带排扭矩数值解,而后研究了油槽形式、主动轴转速和润滑油温度对离合器带排扭矩的影响规律. 结果表明,两种带排扭矩预测方法的计算结果吻合良好;油槽形式对带排扭矩的影响较大;离合器带排扭矩随主动轴转速的增大而增大,随润滑油温度的增大而减小.

Abstract: Firstly,by taking the oil flow path of wet multi-disc friction clutch in marine as research object,the flu- id dynamic simulation of disk-separating process is conducted by means of dynamic mesh technique,and the distri- bution of oil film thickness between friction and steel disks is recovered.Secondly,on the basis of hydrodynamic lu- brication theory and Newton’s inner friction law,a mathematical model describing the towing torque of wet multi- disc clutch that contains friction plates with radial and circumferential grooves is established,and the analytical so- lutions of towing torque are obtained.Then,a parametric discrete model of oil film is established and the numerical solutions of towing torque are achieved by means of finite element method.Finally,the towing torque affected by groove form,drive shaft speed and oil temperature is analyzed.Calculated results show that (1) the numerical solu- tions of towing torque accord well with the analytical ones; (2) the groove form has a great influence on the towing torque; and (3) the towing torque of clutch increases with the increase of drive shaft speed and with the decrease of oil temperature.
