吸附性陶瓷纤维功能纸的制备及吸附特征

摘要: 以陶瓷纤维纸为基材‚经水玻璃、沉淀剂和盐酸溶液浸渍制备了一种具有高吸附特性的功能纸‚可用于制备吸附式旋转除湿器的转芯.同时探讨了浸渍条件对功能纸吸附性能的影响;采用扫描电镜、多孔介质孔隙分析仪揭示功能纸的表面形貌、孔径的大小以及吸附特征.实验结果显示‚硅胶能均匀覆盖在纤维表面及其空隙中‚其孔径在0.4939~3.907nm 范围内;所得功能纸在前20min 具有相当高的吸附速率:在5h 内达到吸附饱和‚当水玻璃含量为26.67%(质量分数‚下同)‚沉淀剂含量为15%‚盐酸浓度为0.5mol/L时‚饱和吸附量最高可达52.19g/m 2 .

Abstract:  A new sort of functional paper with excellent adsorptive performance was prepared with ceramicfiber paper as matrix‚by sequentially dipping in the solutions of water glass (Na2SiO3)‚precipitant and hydrochloric acid.This kind of functional paper can be applied to prepare the core of adsorption type rotary dehumidifier.The effects of dipping conditions on the adsorptive performance were discussed.The surface morphology and the pore size were disclosed with SEM and Porous Medium Surface Area Analyzer‚thus discovering the adsorptive characteristics.Experimental results show that silica gel is deposited on the surface and in the apertures of the matrix uniformly‚with the average pore size of 0.4939~3.907 nm.The prepared functional paper has quite high adsorption rate in the first 20minutes and will get its adsorption saturation within5hours.The saturated adsorptive capacity can reach 52.19g/min the conditions of 26.67% (mass fraction) Na2SiO3 ‚15% (mass fraction) precipitant and0.5mol /L HCl.
