伺服拉深工艺曲线规划试验

摘要: 伺服拉深工艺对304 不锈钢的拉深效果和拉深效率有着重要影响,文中使用304不锈钢为拉深材料,结合压力机的机械特性和伺服拉深特性,提取曲线约束条件,构建了伺服拉深工艺曲线; 然后对满足条件的工艺曲线进行仿真正交试验,得出理想的目标工艺曲线; 最后在伺服曲柄压力机上,通过伺服控制系统和工艺编程自由曲线模式对304 不锈钢进行了拉深试验,验证了自由曲线模式的可行性. 试验结果表明,对于难成形的材料,规划的自由曲线模式能够在伺服和编程的条件下实现较为合理的拉深效果.

Abstract:

As servo deep drawing technology produces a great impact on the deep drawing effectiveness and efficiencyof 304 stainless steel,a servo deep drawing process curve of 304 stainless steel is established by extractingthe constraint conditions of the curve based on the mechanical and servo deep drawing properties of press.Then,the orthogonal simulation experiment of the curve meeting conditions is performed,thus achieving an ideal targetprocess curve.Finally,the deep drawing experiments of 304 stainless steel are performed through the servo controlsystem and the process-programming free curve mode on a servo crank press,thus verifying the feasibility of freecurve mode.The results show that,under the conditions of servo and programming the proposed free curve modecan produce an ideal deep drawing effect on the materials which are difficult to mold .
