摘要: 以聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯、1,4-丁二醇、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、N-( 2-氨基乙基) -氨基乙烷磺酸钠、二羟甲基丙酸和乙二胺为主要原料,通过丙酮法合成了不同软段相对分子质量、硬段含量、硬段种类、亲水扩链剂及以液体石蜡共混改性5 个系列的水性聚氨酯( WPU) 乳液. 采用FT-IR 表征了WPU 的结构和氢键化程度,采用DSC 和TG 表征了各系列WPU 胶膜的结晶性和耐热性. 结果表明,硬段含量较高、硬段较规整及添加了液体石蜡的WPU 的氢键化程度较高; 以较高相对分子质量的聚酯多元醇作为软段、分子结构规整的二异氰酸酯作为硬段、氨基磺酸盐作为亲水扩链剂及以液体石蜡改性所制备的WPU 的结晶性较好; WPU 胶膜结晶性的改善有助于提高其耐热性能.

Abstract:

Five series of waterborne polyurethane emulsions,respectively with different relative molecular masses ofsoft segments,different kinds of hard segment,different hard segment contents,different hydrophilic chain extendersas well as with blending modification by liquid paraffin were synthesized via the actone method with poly-1,4-butylene adipate glycol,1,4-butanediol,hexamethylene diisocyanate,isophorone diisocyanate,N-( 2-aminoethyl) -amino ethane sulphonated sodium,dimethylol propionic acid and ethylenediamine as the main raw materials.Then,the structure and hydrogen bonding of WPU were characterized by means of FT-IR,and the crystallinity and thermostabilityof WPU films were determined respectively through DSC and TG.The results indicate that ( 1) highercontents and more-defined structure of hard segment as well as the addition of liquid paraffin can increase hydrogenbonding degree of WPU; ( 2) with polyester polyol of higher relative molecular mass as the soft segment,diisocyanateof regular structure as the hard segment,sulphamate as the hydrophilic chain extender and liquid paraffin asthe modifier,WPU films show higher crystallinity; and ( 3) higher crystallinity of WPU films helps improve theirthermostability.
