含分布式电源配电网的继电保护方案

摘要: 分布式电源的接入改变了配电系统的网络结构及故障电流模式,可能导致原有的馈线保护出现误动、拒动及灵敏度降低等问题.为快速清除故障区域,并发挥分布式电源对系统的支撑作用,文中提出在传统的配电系统保护配置基础上装设方向纵联保护,并针对保护和断路器拒动而造成的故障电流无法切除的情况,提出加装含加速模块、方向模块、电压检测模块及反时限过电流保护的保护方案.最后通过 PSCAD/EMTDC 对一个含分布式电源的10kV 配电系统进行仿真,验证了所提保护方案的有效性.

Abstract:

With the interconnection of distributed generations (DGs),the network structure and fault current ofpower distribution system are changed,which leads to the mis- operation,malfunction and sensitivity degradation ofprotective relays.In order to quickly clear the fault region and well play a supporting role of DGs for the system,anew protection scheme is introduced based on the traditional relay protection scheme of power distribution system.In the proposed scheme,the directional pilot protection is adopted and a acceleration module,a direction module,a voltage detection module and an inverse time over- current protection module are employed to avoid the fault currentthat cannot be eliminated due to the protection and the breaker malfunction.Simulated results of PSCAD/EMTDCon a 10kV power distribution system with DGs verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
