摘要: 为检验大掺量矿渣微粉对混凝土耐久性的影响,在海边潮汐环境下对混凝土进行了三年野外实验.实验结果表明,大掺量矿渣微粉抗海水腐蚀混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀能力远优于普通混凝土,三年浸泡龄期时,其氯离子渗透深度只有普通混凝土的13% ~25%;考虑混凝土的经济性和耐久性,在大掺量矿渣微粉抗海水腐蚀混凝土中,矿渣微粉的细度宜为420~460m2 /kg;在满足混凝土致密的基础上,胶凝材料用量宜少不宜多.

Abstract:

Field experiments of anti-seawater corrosion concrete with a lot of slag have been carried out for 3 years in tidal region in order to investigate the efect of slag on the durability of the concrete.The experimental results in-dicate that,after 3-year immersion in tidal region,the depth of chloride ion penetration of the anti-seawater corro-sion concrete is only 13%~25%of that of the ordinary concrete,which means better anti-chloride ion ability of
the anti-seawater corosion concrete.It is also indicated that,considering the economic gains and durability,the suitable fineness of slag powder in the anti-seawater corosion concrete is 420~460 m2/kg,and that less binder is better to the concrete when the concrete compaction is good enough.
