摘要: 以新发展的变分法和非线性优化方法求解能量泛函,分析微凸休峰元相王接触下的冷焊发展历程,研究空间机构摩擦副摩擦力下的冷焊问题,并对计算结果进行了讨论.结果表明:随着摩擦副相对静止时间的增加,基体最大应力也迅速增加,摩擦副的冷焊特性对空间机构的工作有重大影响.

Abstract:
In this paper , the newly developed variation and nonlinear optimization methods are employed to solve the energy functions , the cold welding history under the asperities contacting was analyzed , with the aim of inv f'sti-gating the cold-welding characteristics of 仕iction pairs in space mechanism. The calculated results are fully dis-cussed.It is indicated that the cold welding characteristics of friction pairs greatly affect the working state of space mechanism , and that the maximum stress of the mechanism base increases obviously with the relative resting time of friction pairs.
