摘要: 在固定床管式炉中以氩气为介质,在添加水蒸气的条件下,对稻秆常规气化和化学链气化过程进行了研究,并对比了分析纯 Fe2O3 与赤铁矿的循环特性。研究结果表明: 常规气化或者无水蒸气条件下的化学链气化效率均不高,水蒸气和氧载体的联合对气化过程存在显著的促进作用,二者的共同作用可以显著提高 H2 的产气率,碳转化率和气化效率均能达到 80% 左右; 在温度为 850 ℃,水蒸气泵转速为 1. 2 r/min 以及Fe2O3 /C 的摩尔比为 0. 25 时,产气率、气化效率和碳转化率达到较佳平衡; 温度的提高可以促进气化反应,但容易导致氧载体失活; Fe2O3 氧载体在气化过程中主要转化为Fe3O4,在多次循环反应后,氧载体的反应性能下降; 与纯 Fe2O3 相比,赤铁矿在循环气化过程中表现为较好的稳定性。

Abstract: Conventional gasification and chemical looping gasification process of rice straw were studied in a fixed bed tubular furnace with argon as gasification medium and steam added. The cyclic characteristics of pure Fe2O3 and hematite as oxygen carrier were compared. The results show that the gasification efficiency of conventional gasi- fication or chemical looping gasification without steam was not high. The combination of steam and oxygen carrier has significantly positive effect on the gasification process,and can obviously improve the H2 gas yield. At the same time,the carbon conversion efficiency and gasification efficiency can reach 80% . The gas yield,gasification efficiency and carbon conversion efficiency are optimal,under the condition that the temperature is 850 ℃,the speed of steam pump is 1. 2 r/min,and the Fe2O3 /C molar ratio is 0. 25. Raising temperature can promote the gas- ification reactions,but it can easily lead to oxygen carrier deactivation. The oxygen carrier is mainly converted into Fe3O4 during the gasification process,and the reactivity of oxygen carrier decreases after multiple redox cycles. Compared with the pure Fe2O3 oxygen carrier,hematite shows better stability in the process of cyclic gasification.
